Improve heat map magnifier navigation on phone

I think for the heatmap magnifier cross-hair on iOS I suggest the following to make it easier to use/manipulate:

1. Press and hold for half a second to activate heatmap magnifier cross-hair

2. Pressing and moving around will pan the heatmap magnifier cross-hair

3. Tap to deactivate the heatmap magnifier

Currently you have to tap where you want to move the cross-hair which makes it hard to navigate with it.
