Kscreener -filters and alerts

It would be great to have filters in K-Screener combined with alerts — allowing users to set alerts based on active filters. For example, when no symbols match the filters and a new one appears, an alert is triggered, with optional confirmation time and cooldown to avoid noise from symbols frequently appearing and disappearing.
