Setting ANY Start and End time on TPO's

The aggregated tpo’s are great, but I cannot set it exactly where I want them, with how the time zone lays, Asia doesn’t start until 1:00 UTC, I would like to set my start time at 23:00, and end time at 14:30. Unfortunately, because the start date would be ahead of the end date, the program disallows this.

TLDR; make it possible to set start times ahead of end times, so the end user can fine tune tpo’s to their needs incase of time zone issues
